§ 11-111. Disturbing the peace.

  • No person shall cause any tumult, riot, disorder or noise within the city or one (1) mile beyond, to the disturbance of the peace and quiet thereof, except in case of necessity in the discharge of some public duty or in the protection of the lawful rights of such person or his parents, children, master or servant, or aid or abet anyone in so doing.
