§ 12-68. Spaces; spacing of trailers.

(a)

In each mobile home or trailer court area, mobile home or trailer spaces shall be provided consisting of a minimum of three thousand (3,000) square feet for each space. Each space shall be clearly defined and marked.

(b)

Each mobile home or trailer court space shall be provided with a paved patio of at least one hundred eighty (180) square feet.

(c)

Mobile homes or trailers shall be harbored on each space so that there shall be at least a twenty-foot clearance between them; provided that, with respect to mobile homes or trailers parked end to end, the end to end clearance may be less than twenty (20) feet but not less than fifteen (15) feet. No mobile home or trailer shall be located closer than twenty (20) feet from any building within the mobile home or trailer court area, or from any property line bounding the area.
