§ 24-241. Records.

(a)

Users shall retain and make available upon request of an authorized representative of the city, the state, or EPA all records required to be collected by the user pursuant to this article.

(b)

These records shall remain available for a period of at least three (3) years after their collection. This period shall be extended during any litigation concerning compliance with this division or permit conditions.
