§ 2-85. Fees for special services.

The city engineer shall establish a schedule of fees to be charged for preparing copies of plats, records and the like and for any other special services performed by him. Such schedule of fees shall be approved by the city council. Any such fees collected by the city engineer shall be paid into the city treasury by the city engineer.
