§ 75. Carrying concealed weapons.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person, not an officer to carry any concealed weapon within the limits of the City of Cumberland, and upon conviction thereof, such person shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00), and the concealed weapons shall thereupon become the property of the said Mayor and City Council of Cumberland.
