§ 225. Severability of provisions of subtitle.

Latest version.

If any provision of this subtitle, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is held invalid, the remainder of the subtitle and the application of such provision to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby. The powers conferred by this subtitle shall be in addition and supplemental to the powers conferred by any other law.
