§ 98. Bonds not subject to limitation on bonded indebtedness.

The bonds hereunder authorized shall be issued in addition to and exclusive of the ten per cent bonded indebtedness on the assessed valuation of the property in the City of Cumberland authorized by section 81 of this article.
