Chapter 22. STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND MISCELLANEOUS PUBLIC PLACES |
Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 22-11. Long term storage of motor vehicles on public streets prohibited.
(a)
No person owning, possessing or controlling a motor vehicle shall leave it within a public street right-of-way for a period of more than fourteen (14) consecutive days.
(b)
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this section shall be subject to a fine as provided in subsection 13-46(a) of the Code of the City of Cumberland. In addition, any vehicle found that has been stored on a public street in violation of this section shall likewise be subject to removal and towing.
